I am a therapist committed to collaborative and individualized therapy that helps clients live fuller, more meaningful lives. My approach to therapy is deeply intentional and grounded in humanistic and existential perspectives. I work relationally and focus primarily on supporting individuals through anxiety and trauma. I believe therapy is most effective when it is culturally informed and grounded in authenticity, trust, and shared understanding. Together, we work not just to reduce symptoms, but to deepen connection—with self, others, and the questions that matter most.
